Badge pick-up will start on Thursday, May 23rd at 8am PST in front of the American Airlines Plaza. Follow signs for check-in when you arrive and don’t forget to bring a form of government issued photo ID to check-in!

You must have a valid proof of identification to check in at the event. You do not need a physical ticket to gain entry. 

SoFi Stadium is a cashless venue and only accepts credit and debit cards along with Apple and Google Pay. Please bring a credit card or digital wallet to purchase food and drink.

In an effort to provide a more secure and safe environment, the following bag policy will be in effect for Canva Create 2024. Bags must not exceed 18"x14"x8". Any bags larger than this will not be permitted/allowed into the venue. Clear bags are not required. Please note that all bags are subject to be searched.

The following items are not permitted inside the venue: luggage, drones, DSLR Camera accessories such as extra lens, lighting, handheld sticks, tripods, oversized battery packs.

Follow these instructions carefully whether you plan to travel by car, ride-share or public transport.

Driving: Parking is complimentary with the required QR code, provided in the following instructional document with precise address and route. Click here for self-parking.

Rideshare: We have an assigned lot for all pick-up and drop off. Click here for the precise address and route.

Public transportation: You can take the K or C Line of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system. Click here to plan your trip directly from the Metro website.

All sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis. You can save sessions that interest you to the “My Agenda” tab above.

Recording and distribution of any event content is not allowed.

Please also note that by attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that you each may be filmed, photographed and/or recorded and you give Canva permission to use your image, likeness and voice obtained at the event in all media throughout the world for any purpose and without any compensation.

If you're feeling unwell, please stay at home so we can continue to keep our community safe. In the event of an emergency or security event, attendees agree to follow instructions provided by Canva or event personnel.

You can purchase food available at the venue. However, outside food or drinks can’t be brought into the event.

You must be over the age of 21 to order or consume alcohol at the event. Service providers will enforce the checking of proof of age identification. Intoxicated attendees may be refused service.

You may be refused entry if the authenticity or validity of your ticket is questionable, including a damaged or defaced ticket, or if it has not been purchased from Canva.

Tickets to the event may not be re-sold, on-supplied or transferred for commercial, consumer or promotional purposes, bundled with other goods or services, or used for promotional purposes without Canva’s prior written consent.

Please immediately report any abusive content or behavior at the event to our support staff. Event staff can help contact event security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment or other inappropriate behavior to feel safe for the duration of the event.
